Who we are

This website and the Blissspace Studio service are operated by Eblox Building Solutions LLP (trading as Blissspace / Blissspace Studio), Goa, India. In this policy, “Blissspace”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.

Information we collect

We collect information that you choose to provide when you contact us, request a consultation or showroom visit, enquire about a product or project, ask for a project brochure, or communicate with our team. This may include:

  • Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number or username, email address and preferred contact method.
  • Project requirements, location, approximate budget, preferred layout, appointment requests and messages.
  • Drawings, measurements, photographs, reference images and other project information you voluntarily share.
  • Your communication preferences and the consent choices recorded when you submit a form.
  • Correspondence, quotations, appointment history and subsequent project or customer-service records.

Our website may also receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, form-security signals, pages visited and cookie or analytics information, subject to the tools and preferences active on the site.

Please avoid sending confidential personal documents or third-party information unless we specifically need them for your project.

If commenting is enabled on a blog page, we may process the details submitted with the comment, together with technical information needed for spam prevention. If WordPress user accounts or Gravatar features are enabled, those functions may process login, profile or avatar information under their respective settings and notices. Where you upload photographs or drawings, avoid including unwanted location metadata or information about other people.

How we use information

We use relevant information to:

  1. Receive, review and respond to your enquiry, and contact you about the products or services you requested.
  2. Arrange consultations, showroom visits, measurements, designs, quotations, orders, installation and after-sales support where applicable.
  3. Send relevant service messages such as an enquiry acknowledgement, appointment reminder or project update using an appropriate contact channel, including WhatsApp where you have agreed to receive such messages.
  4. Send design tips, updates, new-product information and offers only through marketing channels you have chosen, subject to applicable permissions and opt-outs.
  5. Maintain CRM records, assign enquiries to authorised team members, prevent duplicate follow-ups and keep a record of customer-service interactions.
  6. Protect our website, investigate misuse, manage security, maintain records and meet applicable legal obligations.
  7. Understand website performance or advertising effectiveness where relevant tools are used and any required choices or permissions have been obtained.

A form enquiry is not automatically a subscription to marketing. Service-related messages and optional marketing communications are handled separately.

WhatsApp, email and your choices

If you provide your number and agree that we may contact you about an enquiry, we may use WhatsApp or another stated contact method for relevant enquiry and project communications. We may send these communications using the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) and our customer relationship management tools. Business-initiated WhatsApp messages may use templates approved by Meta.

The optional WhatsApp news and offers and Email news and offers checkboxes are for marketing. They are separate from the consent to respond to your enquiry, are not pre-selected, and can be declined without preventing an enquiry.

You can ask us to stop marketing or change your preferences at any time by replying STOP to an applicable WhatsApp message, using an unsubscribe link where provided, or contacting info@blissspace.in. You can also ask us to stop using a particular channel for enquiry-related follow-up, subject to any communication necessary to complete an existing request or comply with law. We will process opt-outs and suppress future messages as appropriate.

Sharing and service providers

Only authorised personnel and service providers who need the information for a legitimate business purpose should receive it. Depending on the services enabled, this may include:

  • Website hosting, WordPress, enquiry handling and security providers.
  • Customer relationship management and automation systems, including ZACO and FluentCRM, and other integrations activated by Blissspace.
  • Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp communication, and email delivery services for email communication.
  • Relevant designers, installers, logistics partners or contractors supporting a requested project.
  • Analytics and advertising technology providers where deployed and permitted.
  • Authorities or professional advisers when disclosure is required or legally justified.

Some providers may process data on servers outside India. Where cross-border processing occurs, we will apply applicable safeguards and legal requirements. We do not authorise our service providers to use enquiry data for their own unrelated marketing.

Cookies and embedded content

The site may use necessary cookies for basic operation, security and form functionality, as well as optional analytics or advertising technologies when enabled. Embedded maps, videos or social media content may process information under the relevant provider’s terms. Browser and cookie settings may let you restrict some of these technologies; disabling necessary functions may affect parts of the website.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries, consent evidence, correspondence and project records only for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, follow-up, contract administration, warranty or dispute handling, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. Marketing preferences and suppression records may need to be kept to honour your choice not to receive further messages. Retention schedules may differ by record type; we review and delete or anonymise records when no longer required. Contact us if you would like information about the retention period applying to a particular record.

How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including access controls, restricted staff permissions and appropriate service-provider security arrangements. No online system is completely risk-free; please contact us if you suspect misuse of information you shared with us.

Your privacy requests

You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, change communication preferences or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain limited data where required for legal, contractual, security or legitimate record-keeping reasons.

We will handle requests and complaints according to applicable Indian data-protection law, including provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and associated Rules as they come into effect.

Children

Our design and interiors services are directed to adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authority, please contact us so we can review it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes affecting new consent choices will be reflected in our forms or communications as appropriate.
