Data Deletion

Blissspace Studio, operated by Eblox Building Solutions LLP, respects requests about personal information collected through our website, enquiry forms, consultations and customer communications, including WhatsApp.
Request deletion or access to your data
Email info@blissspace.in with the subject Data Deletion Request or Privacy Request. Please include the name and contact details you used when dealing with Blissspace, along with a brief description of what you want us to review. Do not send identity documents in your first email. If necessary, we will explain a proportionate way to verify that the information belongs to you.
You may request that we:
- Delete personal information that we no longer need or are required to retain.
- Correct inaccurate contact or enquiry details.
- Explain what information we hold or how it is used, where applicable.
- Stop optional email or WhatsApp marketing and update your communication preferences.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request, check that we can identify the relevant records, verify identity where necessary, and review the request under applicable law. We will then confirm the action taken or explain any limited information that must be retained and why. If more information is needed, we will contact you through the contact details you provide.
We will respond within applicable legal timelines. Complex requests may require additional verification or clarification.
What may be retained
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period for contract performance, billing, tax, warranty, dispute resolution, security or legal obligations. A minimal suppression record may also be needed to ensure that we do not send messages you have opted out of. Deleting our CRM copy may not immediately remove information held independently by third-party services under their own policies.
Stop WhatsApp or email messages without requesting deletion
If you simply want to stop promotional WhatsApp messages, reply STOP to an applicable message or email us. You can use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails where one is provided. You do not need to request deletion to opt out of marketing.
Deleting a WhatsApp conversation from your phone does not automatically delete a record previously received by Blissspace. Likewise, our use of the WhatsApp Business Platform does not require you to install a separate Blissspace app.
