We undertook a complete turnkey kitchen renovation in an apartment at Sapna Habitat on CHOGM Road, Porvorim, owned by a newly married couple. The wife, a Mexican, loves to cook and the husband, an Indian, had a new modular kitchen installed to surprise her since he didn’t take her on a honeymoon. The client’s existing kitchen was small and crowded with most of the counter space being used for storage of ingredients as well as placement of cooking appliances. The choice of dark laminate paired with a black countertop made the space appear dark and dingy.
Our experts at Blissspace first demolished the attached balcony and extended the kitchen to increase usable space. We added another kitchen unit opposite the first one and used Sparkle White Solid Surface Acrylic for the countertops. The shutter finish was done in Italian Marble – Grey Flurry and a few of the overhead cabinets were fitted with transparent shutters. With plenty of below-the-counter and overhead cabinets fitted with under-cabinet lights, it allowed for much more space and brightness to cook with. Inspired by a Pinterest image, the client came to Blissspace, one of India’s best modular kitchen companies to replicate the exact kitchen he’d fallen in love with. In a dramatic transformation altogether, we turned the under-construction space into a large, open-plan kitchen that extends into the living room on one side and the dining room on the other. Ideal for a client who loves to entertain and be surrounded by friends and family, this kitchen features Pure White Kalinga Stone Countertops and sleek misty-grey matt finishes. Meanwhile, modern steel appliances, overhead lights hanging from a geometrically painted ceiling, a beautiful kitchen island unit, and the breezy feel this space exudes make this swoon-worthy kitchen one of our favourite projects.
Blissspace undertook a small boutique project comprising of 8 high-end apartments in Parra. The client wanted a light, modern look to these kitchens but on a builder’s budget. Having offered modular kitchens for builders before, we quickly completed this project in keeping with the timelines and budget specified while offering kitchens that are not only value-for-money but stylish and contemporary too. We made use of light-coloured laminates, smart handles, and fixtures, a hob and chimney, and interesting splashback tiles in brown and white.
Our client requested a contemporary, sleek, straight-line kitchen with built-in appliances, similar to his home in New Zealand. At Blissspace, we are offering European-inspired kitchen designs and quality at prices affordable for the Indian market. The client already had his countertops in place and we proceeded to build a semi-modular kitchen using Italian Marble Series – Grey Flurry. The kitchen also comprised a chimney, see-through upper cabinetry, and ample counter space.
We built everything, from top to bottom at a 10 high-end villa project. From 10 kitchens to 20 bathroom vanities and 75 wardrobe modules, Blissspace executed this modular furniture project in Goa with ease. We made use of Beige Grigio Satin Finish for the shutters and Coffee Brown Granite for counter tops with smooth pull-out drawers fitted below. Small blue and grey mosaic tiles added a touch of colour to kitchen makeovers, otherwise fitted with white and steel appliances. In the bedrooms, we fitted in modular wardrobes with a distressed moss green and brown laminate in keeping with the ‘Rainforest’ theme.
